A rare 1,118 acre swath of agricultural land with two miles of Carson River frontage, shaded by willows and home to native trout. Spreading away from the waterfront and into the natural floodplain are fields of Great Basin Ryegrass and sage, currently host to grazing cattle. Once, the historic V&T railroad ran through this land, crossing the river on a bridge. Both parcels are subject to a conservation easement with The Nature Conservancy, which allows for grazing, a residential structure, and outbuildings.
